Working with organic vineyards, they are a young winery that took over the family vineyards, who used to sell their grapes to winemakers. Their vineyards are located in the Rueda Designation of Origin , in the province of Valladolid, and were planted with the native Verdejo variety more than two decades ago.

They have three estates, all farmed entirely organically. All of them range in altitude from 780 to 820 meters above sea level and have sandy-clay soils with pebbly areas and a calcareous subsoil. The climate is continental, with long, cold winters and short, hot summers. The high temperature gradient between day and night allows the vines to achieve a balanced accumulation of sugars and acidity, as well as optimal alcohol and phenological ripening
